Very simply, if there is no lighting in the sky, we are running!
That was of course until February 2014 when we cancelled our first monthly run due to massive amounts of snow and dangerous ice that made running in a large group hazardous.
It also assumes you don’t have to drive in dangerous conditions to get to the Starbucks. Please use your judgment regarding getting there, however rain or snow is not a reason not to run!!
I have shared with some of you that running in these conditions can be great and a spiritual experience (especially after a new snow fall).
